2024 BUILDING PAINTING
Building Painting — Coming in 2024!!
This year the Association will be undertaking building of all the units in the Association. The color(s) selected by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Documents of the Association are pictured above. The Association will also be undertaking SIGNIFICANT stucco repairs to the walls and are focusing on creating water-tight spaces wherever possible. Members will be mailed documents to return regarding the funding for this project. See the list of colors here.
