Buying or Renting

   1. Please complete the application by clicking on the button to the right.
   2. One (1) application per person.
   3. Each person who will be 18 years of age or older at closing must complete an application.
   4. Every application must be accompanied by legally accepted ID and income information.
   5. AGENTS must email a copy of the fully-executed contract to Matt@AMP-Florida.com
   6. Payment must be received. Instructions are at the bottom of the application.

Fees are non-refundable. $150.00 per single person or $150.00 per married couple.

PLEASE NOTE:  The approval process typically takes about 4 business days from the time the Association receives a COMPLETED application. However, it can take up to 30 days.
